On January 28th, 2019 at 6:30 pm, the board members of Wheels of Hope convened for the first official board meeting of the non-profit organization. Members met each other and discussed the future of Wheels of Hope and were excited to get started. After a moment of silence, each member had a turn to introduce themselves, give a little background on who they are, and how they hope to contribute to Wheels of Hope. After introductions, the board members tackled the agenda items as laid out by Jamaica Miller. Several pressing agenda items included the logo design, rider fee schedule, and planning a brunch honoring the volunteer drivers currently involved with Wheels of Hope. Joe James brought a cake with the Wheels of Hope logo and everyone enjoyed a piece.
