Our Story

The concept began when Jamaica Miller realized that she was the transportation system for the Athens Council of the Blind. She and Joe James decided there had to be a better way to organize drivers for people with visual impairments. Their vision expanded when they met Charlie Upchurch with Coldwell Banker Realty. Charlie immediately wanted to become involved in the program and involve his Realtors. With this tremendous resource, we realized we could offer our resources to a greater number of people in the Athens area. We are very excited about the success of the program thus far.
